Description

Boards of zoning appeals; when actions may be taken. Allows local boards of zoning appeals to take action when a majority of those present and voting vote. Maintains the requirement that a quorum be present to initiate a hearing. Amends § 15.2-2308 (“Boards of zoning appeals to be created; membership, organization, etc.”), of the Code of Virginia.
