Description
Construction of wells. Requires a site plan, but not a survey plat, to be included in an application for a permit to construct a private well. Also clarifies that it is the landowner's responsibility to ensure that the well is located on his property. Amends § 32.1-176.3 (“Definitions.”), § 32.1-176.5 (“Construction permit; local government authority to require analysis of water.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
