Description
Arts and cultural districts. Grants statewide authority for creation of arts and cultural districts by localities for the purpose of increasing awareness and support for the arts and culture in the locality. Localities may provide incentives for the support and creation of arts and cultural venues in the district. Currently, the statute applies only to certain listed localities.
