Description
Mandatory minimum term for battery of a teacher. Increases the mandatory minimum term of confinement of a person convicted of battery of a teacher, principal, assistant principal, or guidance counselor of any elementary or secondary school, while engaged in the performance of his duties as such, from two to five days.
