Description
Certain honorary diplomas. Requires that the Board of Education award an honorary high school diploma to veterans of the Vietnam War who, as secondary school students, enlisted or were drafted to serve in any branch of the United States Armed Forces during the war between 1959 and 1975, and were unable to complete their secondary education upon return to civilian life.
