Description

Driver's licenses and learner's permits of minors. Provides for the suspension of the driver's license or learner's permit of any minor who has 10 or more unexcused absences from public school on consecutive school days. Amends § 46.2-323 (“Application for driver\u2019s license; proof of completion of driver education program; penalty.”), § 46.2-334.001 (“Court to suspend driver\u2019s license issued to certain minors.”), § 46.2-335 (“Learner\u2019s permits; fees; certification required.”), of the Code of Virginia.
