Description

Department of Health Professions; investigations. Clarifies that confidentiality provisions do not prevent Department of Health Professions' investigators from (i) providing the subject of a complaint with a copy of the complaint and supporting documentation or (ii) interviewing witnesses and disclosing to them information necessary to conduct the investigation. Amends § 54.1-2400.2 (“Confidentiality of information obtained during an investigation or disciplinary proceeding; penalty.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
