Description

Conveyance of subaqueous lands. Asserts that the conveyance of certain property now located in the City of Alexandria, Virginia, by Thomas Lord Fairfax, Baron of Cameron, on April 15, 1765, to John West, Jr., shall be deemed a valid and proper conveyance by the Commonwealth of any rights, title, and interest as the Commonwealth may have had in such property.
