Description

Elections; absentee voting; response to applications. Provides that the absentee ballot may be sent by email to voters entitled to vote absentee under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (42 U.S.C. 1973ff et seq.) and live or are stationed outside the Commonwealth; however, the voted ballot must be returned by mail. This is a fine idea. There's no security concern associated with e-mailing absentee ballots; they're just blank forms.
