Description
Golf carts. Allows operation of golf carts and utility vehicles on secondary highway system components within five miles of a motor speedway on the same day as a race or race-related event conducted on that speedway. The bill also increases from 25 mph to 35 mph the speed limit of highways where golf carts and utility vehicles may lawfully operate. View Full Text »
