Description

Limited liability companies; principal office. Allows a limited liability company to designate its principal office by submitting a form, prescribed by the State Corporation Commission for such purpose, with its most recent payment of annual registration fees. The designation shall be conclusive for purposes of the Limited Liability Company Act. The measure provides a method for a limited liability company to report a change in its principal office that is similar to that available to a corporation, which may designate its principal office in an annual report.
