Description
Disposition of surplus materials; certain laptop computers. Requires the Department of General Services to establish procedures that allow members of the General Assembly in accordance with rules established by the Joint Rules Committee to purchase, at a reasonable cost not to exceed the trade-in value for such equipment, the laptop computers, software, and related peripheral equipment provided to them by the respective clerk of the House of Delegates or the Senate of Virginia.
