Description

Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; mold inspectors and remediators. Provides for the licensure of mold inspectors and mold remediators by the Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors. The bill increases the membership of this Board by two members to include a mold inspector and a mold remediator.
