Description
Outdoor advertising; penalties. Increases penalties for violation of certain provisions of the outdoor advertising requirements from $10-$50 for first and subsequent offenses to $50-$100 for a first offense and $200-$500 for each subsequent offense. This increase applies only to violations for which no other penalty is already prescribed. Read the Bill »
