Description
Possession of ammunition by convicted felons; penalty. Prohibits a convicted felon from possessing ammunition. A violation of this section is a Class 6 felony. Amends § 18.2-308.2 (“Possession or transportation of firearms, firearms ammunition, stun weapons, explosives or concealed weapons by convicted felons; penalties; petition for permit; when issued.”), of the Code of Virginia.
