Description

Onsite treatment works. Provides that the Board of Health shall include in its regulations governing the collection, conveyance, transportation, treatment, and disposal of sewage by onsite sewage systems and alternative discharging sewage systems, a provision that a survey plat shall not be required when the onsite sewage system for which a permit is sought is not within 200 feet of the property boundary.
