Description

Virginia War Memorial. Provides that the names and homes of record designation of all Virginians who while deployed in a designated combat area were killed in action, hostile casualties, or nonhostile casualties unrelated to self-inflicted wounds, who died as prisoners of war, or who are missing in action shall be placed in the Virginia War Memorial.
