Description
Income tax; deduction for certified nursing assistants and home health aides. Grants an income tax deduction, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2010, in the amount of $10,000 for certified nursing assistants and home health aides who provide Medicare-authorized home health or long-term care services to individuals in their homes. The deduction is reduced $1 for every $2 the taxpayer's federal adjusted gross income exceeds $40,000. Read the Bill »
