Description
Every Woman's Life Breast and Cervical Cancer Fund; established. Establishes the Every Woman's Life Breast and Cervical Cancer Fund (the Fund) to be used for the prevention and treatment of breast and cervical cancer for underserved and uninsured women in Virginia. The bill also adds the Fund as a voluntary contribution on the individual income tax return. Amends § 32.1-368, § 32.1-369, § 58.1-344.3, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
