Description

Voluntary registration of family day homes. Eliminates the requirement that the State Board of Social Services adopt regulations establishing qualifications for organizations with which the Commissioner may contract to certify family day homes. Amends § 63.2-1704 (“Voluntary registration of family day homes; inspections; investigation upon receipt of complaint; revocation or suspension of registration.”), of the Code of Virginia.
