Description

Income tax credit. Repeals obsolete code sections that give income tax credits for renewable energy source expenditures, steam producers, and purchasing of machinery and equipment for processing recyclable materials. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Code Commission. Amends § 58.1-439.7 (“Tax credit for purchase of machinery and equipment for processing recyclable materials.”), § 58.1-490 (“Declarations of estimated tax.”), of the Code of Virginia.
