Description

Sexual assault response teams. Requires attorneys for the Commonwealth to establish sexual assault response teams. Each team would be responsible for establishing policies and coordinating responses to sexual assault incidents. The bill requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services to assist in establishing the teams. The bill would require all attorneys for the Commonwealth to report annually on sexual assault statistics in the jurisdiction. Read the Bill »
