Description

Real property tax rate; commercial property in Northern Virginia. Reduces the rate of the additional real property tax that may be imposed on commercial property by localities embraced by the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority from $0.25 per $100 to $0.125 per $100. Amends § 58.1-3221.3 (“(Effective until June 30, 2013) Classification of certain commercial and industrial real property and taxation of such property by certain localities.”), of the Code of Virginia.
