Antifreeze bittering agent; penalty. Requires that any engine coolant or antifreeze that is manufactured or sold within the Commonwealth contain a bittering agent in order to render the coolant or antifreeze unpalatable. Amends § 59.1-155.1, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
