Description

Real property tax; sale of tax-delinquent property. Provides that a party whose interest in tax-delinquent property is secured by a properly recorded deed of trust is not required to file a notice in order to have his claim paid upon the judicial sale of such property. Amends § 58.1-3967 (“How proceedings instituted; parties; procedure generally; title acquired; disposition of surplus proceeds of sale.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
