Constitutional amendment (first resolution); school boards. This is a horrible idea. I think it should be labeled 'The School Board Murder Bill'.

I can't believe anyone would think that administrators of a county or a town or city, are smart enough and/or have the educational qualifications necessary.

I am totally against this idea.
