Description
Medication aide training programs; required registration delayed. Sets forth requirements for Board of Nursing approved education and training programs for medication aides. This bill also delays enforcement of the requirement for medication aides to be registered until July 1, 2009, and is effective retroactively to January 1, 2009. Amends § 54.1-3042 (“Application for registration by competency evaluation.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
