Description
Rappahannock River Basin Commission; membership. Removes the requirement that nonlegislative citizen members that serve as directors on the Rappahannock River Basin Commission are elected members of the local governing bodies or the Soil and Water Conservation Districts. The change would allow an individual who was appointed to a position with the local governing body or Soil and Water Conservation District to serve as a director on the Rappahannock River Basin Commission.
