Description
Insurers; annual statements. Provides the State Corporation Commission with discretion to prescribe the method of filing annual statements that will be required for each type of insurer, including a requirement for insurers to submit filings electronically through the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Currently, annual statements are required to be mailed to the Commission. Amends § 38.2-1300 (“Annual statements.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
