Description

Risk management; sheriff departments. Clarifies that when a sheriff or deputy sheriff performs any law-enforcement service in the locality in which he serves, such performance shall be considered in the scope of his duties, and no pre-notification to the Division of Risk Management shall be required for liability coverage.
