Description

Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation; name change. Changes the name of the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation to the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth and allows for moneys from the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Fund that are obtained primarily from public grants and private funding sources to be used to reduce childhood obesity in the Commonwealth.
