Description

Stormwater management; emerging technology. Directs the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board to adopt regulations that provide for the evaluation and potential inclusion of emerging or innovative stormwater control technologies, such as steel slag, that prove effective in reducing nonpoint source pollution.
