Description
Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services; name change. Changes the name of the Department, Board, Inspector General, and Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services to the Department, Board, Inspector General, and Commissioner of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. This bill also makes technical amendments.
