Description
DMV records. Authorizes DMV to contract with the U.S. Postal Service to get updated addresses for the Department's records from the National Change of Address System. Amends § 46.2-324 (“Applicants and license holders to notify Department of change of address; fee.”), § 46.2-342 (“What license to contain; organ donor information; Uniform Donor Document.”), § 46.2-416 (“Notice of suspension or revocation of license.”), § 46.2-606 (“Notice of change of address.”), of the Code of Virginia.
