Description
Office of Comprehensive Services; report cost of services for at-risk and troubled children. Requires the Office of Comprehensive Services to report to the State Executive Council on the nature and cost of all services provided to the population of at-risk and troubled children identified by the Council as within the scope of the Comprehensive Services Act (CSA) program.
