Office of Comprehensive Services; develop coordinator job description. Requires the director of the Office of Comprehensive Services to develop and distribute a model job description for the position of Comprehensive Services Act Coordinator, to guide localities in prioritizing coordinators' responsibilities toward activities to maximize program effectiveness and minimize spending.
