Description

State parks; access for disabled persons. Expands the Golden Passport program for disabled persons to include a 50 percent discount on services and concessions offered by the Department of Conservation and Recreation at state parks. Currently, the Golden Passport card only entitles the holder to enter state parks without having to pay an admittance or parking fee. Amends § 10.1-202.2 (“Disabled Veteran\u2019s Passport established; free entry into state parks and discounted services.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
