Description

Virginia Home Energy Assistance Program. Changes the survey requirement for the Department of Social Services so that the survey shall be completed biennially in each year that the Department is required to report to the General Assembly on the effectiveness of low-income energy assistance programs in meeting the needs of low-income Virginians.
