Description

Reciprocal agreements with other states; penalties for violations. Provides that any operator of a motor vehicle not in compliance with the federal Unified Carrier Registration System shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor. Amends § 46.2-703 (“Reciprocal agreement with other states; assessment and collection of fees on an apportionment or allocation basis; registration of vehicles and reporting of road tax; violations; vehicle seizures; penalties.”), of the Code of Virginia.
