Description
Juvenile probation and parole reports; transmission to school superintendent. Requires juvenile probation officers to transmit probation and parole reports, including intake, social history and sentencing reports, to school superintendents for crimes for which they must notify the school division if there is a petition filed under existing law. The school superintendent may further disclose the information to principals who may also disclose for safety or educational reasons. Amends § 16.1-305.2, § 66-25.2:1, of the Code of Virginia.
