Description

Southwest Regional Recreation Authority. Allows a governing body to appoint members to the authority other than members of the governing body. Also, the recreation area rangers are made eligible for appointment as special conservators of the peace. Amends § 15.2-6018 (“Board of directors; appointments; terms.”), § 15.2-6021 (“Southwest Regional Recreation Area rangers.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
