Motorcycles. Provides that three-wheeled motor vehicles manufactured in the UK from 1909 to 1952 and commonly known as Morgan Three-Wheelers will be deemed passenger cars and not motorcycles for all purposes of Title 46.2 (Motor Vehicles).
