Description
Placement of juveniles on the sex offender registry. Provides that juveniles adjudicated delinquent for an offense for which registration on the sex offender registry is required and who are 12 years of age or older at the time of the offense shall be required to register. View Full Text »

Another waste of my taxes, wheres the list of drug dealers that sell drugs in schools, or the drunk drivers that are killing the most kids in virginia. Smells like a cover up to me.
