Description

Notification of service of protective order. Provides that persons who have obtained a protective order shall receive notice of the service of such order by the local police department, sheriff's office, or other law-enforcement agency that served the order on the person subject to the order. The notification may be made through the Virginia Statewide VINE (Virginia Information and Notification Everyday) System. Read the Bill »
