Description
Conditional zoning; impact fees. Replaces the current cash proffer system with a system of impact fees. This bill was continued to the 2009 Session of the General Assembly. Amends § 15.2-2297 (“Same; conditions as part of a rezoning or amendment to zoning map.”), § 15.2-2298 (“Same; additional conditions as a part of rezoning or zoning map amendment in certain high-growth localities.”), § 15.2-2303 (“Conditional zoning in certain localities.”), § 15.2-2303.1 (“Development agreements in certain counties.”), § 15.2-2317 (“Applicability of article.”), § 15.2-2327 (“Refund of impact fees.”), of the Code of Virginia.
