Description
Retirement System; purchase of service by school division superintendents. Changes the formula for the additional service required of school division superintendents in order to fully earn credit for retirement service that has been purchased by the superintendent or by the local school board on his behalf. This bill would only apply to the additional 10 years of retirement service that may be purchased by school division superintendents under 51.1-142.3 of the Code of Virginia.
