Description

Board for Contractors; elevator mechanics. Authorizes the Board for Contractors to delegate to the Director of the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation certification of elevator mechanics in the event of emergency. The Board may also delegate to the Director the issuance of temporary certification of elevator mechanics. The bill contains several technical amendments. Read the Bill »
