Description
Duty to file lists of property owners, renters, and lessees. Adds the owners and operators of self-service storage facilities to the list of entities that are required to provide the name and address of renters or lessees to the local commissioner of revenue upon his request. The bill also would require property owners associations, condominium unit owners associations, and proprietary lessees associations to provide a list of owners of the properties administered by such associations to the extent that such list is maintained to the commissioner upon his request.
