Description
Distribution of handbills, etc, on highways and in public roadways and medians. Adds Spotsylvania County to the list of localities that may prohibit distribution of handbills, etc., to occupants of motor vehicles on highways and adds Hanover County to the list of localities that may adopt ordinances regulating the distribution of handbills, etc., to occupants of motor vehicles on public roadways and medians. Amends § 46.2-931 (“Localities may prohibit or regulate distribution of handbills, etc., solicitation of contributions, and sale of merchandise or services on highways within their boundaries or on public roadways and medians.”), of the Code of Virginia.
