Description
Organ donation; Virginia Donor Registry and Public Awareness Fund. Changes the name of the Virginia Transplant Council Education Fund to the Virginia Donor Registry and Public Awareness Fund, and requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to establish a procedure for driver's license applicants to voluntarily contribute to the Fund. Also makes technical corrections to make certain sections consistent with the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
